Each year at our Welcome Back Convocation, we celebrate the employees who have reached a special milestone in their service to Shawnee Heights. From 5 to 30 years, these “class pictures” represent a lot of time, talent, and dedication to our students, families, and community.

We also recognize our educators who have reached 25 years in the teaching profession — an incredible milestone worth celebrating!

Congratulations to our 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 year service award recipients, and to our 25-year educators. Thank you for the many ways you have made an impact throughout the years. 👏

We are proud to share that Shawnee Heights School Resource Officer Ladner has been named the SRO Officer of the Year by the Kansas Juvenile Officers Association (KSJOA)! 🏆

Being an SRO is about so much more than keeping our schools safe. Officer Ladner takes the time to connect with our students, build trust, and create positive relationships that make a lasting difference for our school community.
