Congratulations to our 2026 Coed Softball Champions — Wasted Talent!

Your hard work, dedication, and love for the game paid off! Wasted Talent finished the regular season with an impressive 10–1 record, won their playoff games, and brought home the championship!

Every player showed their passion for the game, gave it their all, and competed with determination throughout the season.

Tehachapi Valley Recreation & Park District is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. Applications are due by Thursday, October 8th 11:59pm.

This important role oversees the District’s day-to-day business operations, including HR administration, financial management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and CalPERS reporting and compliance. The Business Manager also serves as Clerk of the Board, maintains District policies, and supervises operations at Brite Lake, including staff, volunteer camp hosts, and guest services.

We’re looking for someone with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
