Well… that’s it, folks!

Today is the last day of the 2026 pool season, and before we lock the gates and let the lifeguards finally sleep in, we just want to say THANK YOU!

Thank you to every swimmer, parent, grandparent, season pass holder, visitor, and our awesome lifeguards for making this another unforgettable summer. Whether you came to swim, tan, splash, or just ask us every day if the water was warm (the answer was usually “warmer than yesterday” 😉), we loved having you.

Thank you for all the laughs, the cannonballs, the swim lessons, the night swims, and for making the Tekamah Swimming Pool the place to be this summer.

Have an amazing school year, stay safe, and keep making a splash wherever you go.

Until then… don’t forget us when you’re swimming in lakes, rivers, or your neighbor’s pool. We’ll be over here counting down the days until we’re back. 💙 See you next summer!

🚨 Lost & Found Alert! 🚨

Is this your stuff… or have you officially donated it to the Tekamah Swimming Pool Collection?

Our lost & found is overflowing, and with only 4 days left in the season, now’s the time to come claim your towels, hoodies, shoes, water bottles, goggles, and whatever else decided it liked the pool better than home.

🗓️ Last day of the season: August 8

Anything left after closing day may be donated, so come take a peek before your favorite hoodie finds a new family!

Don’t make us start naming the lost items… they’re getting attached. 😉

It’s August, but Mother Nature apparently missed the memo.

Due to today’s chilly temperatures, the pool will be closed. We’re all for swimming, but turning our patrons into popsicles wasn’t part of the plan.

We’ll be back when the weather remembers it’s supposed to be summer!

⛈️ STORM’S COMING… SO WE’RE CLOSING UP! ⛈️

Looks like Mother Nature has plans for us this afternoon, so we’re going to close up for now.

We’ll be back this evening!

🏊 Water Aerobics & Lap Swim: 5:00 PM
🌙 Night Swim: 6:00–8:00 PM

Hopefully the storm blows through and leaves the pool alone tonight! 😉

Schedule Update

Due to lifeguard availability, the pool will be closed on Friday, July 31
Saturday, August 1.

We appreciate your understanding as many of our guards are heading back to school and preparing for the end of summer.

Thank you for your patience, and we hope to see you during our remaining days of the season!

The countdown is on!

Just a reminder that Saturday, August 8th is our last day of the 2026 pool season!

There’s still time to soak up some sunshine, make a splash, and enjoy a few more summer memories with us before we close for the season.

We can’t wait to see you at the pool one last time!

Tonight’s Pool Update!

Due to staffing, we will NOT have Night Swim tonight.

But don’t worry! Water Aerobics and Lap Swim are still ON as scheduled!

Welp… Mother Nature has spoken!

With the low temps and the swimmers apparently deciding today is a great day to stay cozy, we’re going to throw in the towel and close the pool for the day.

Stay warm, friends! We’ll try this whole swimming thing again when the weather decides to cooperate.

NO NIGHT SWIM TONIGHT!

Due to the low temps 🥶 and low attendance, we’re calling it a night early and canceling Night Swim from 6–8 PM.

Apparently, Mother Nature forgot it’s July. 😂 We’ll see you when it warms back up!

Just a heads-up before the fair fun begins! Here’s our schedule for the weekend:

🚫 Sunday, July 19: Closed

Go enjoy the fair, eat something fried that probably shouldn’t be fried, and we’ll see you back at the pool soon!
