Hello Fannin County, twas the night before the primary vote. It seems so simple to me. Our biggest problem and greatest need is financial. With the assets we have, we should be paying our emergency care and first responders more than any neighboring county. This is just an example of what new businesses bring. They bring high paying jobs, better schools, parks and everything we need to live and allow our kids and grandkids to continue living in the area. People and businesses are coming. It would be a crime for people to load up there vehicles with food. gas and come use our resources without paying a dime. I am saying let's tell companies what it takes to do business here in Fannin County. I am so tired of developers and companies coming into our area and telling us what they will do. Not on my watch, I will ensure every deal has Fannin County First! I will use my 25 years of building revenue and negotiating in a way where everybody wins and Fannin County is First!

Hello Fannin County, Tuesday is the final day to vote. A vote for me is a vote for more revenue, more money. Nobody has 25 years experience creating revenue and here in Fannin County. I love this county and will be here the rest of my life fighting to ensure our resources are no longer taken advantage of. Fighting to ensure people are not using our resources without paying. The lake(s) will fill, Bois D Arc will be a world class fishery and hunting paradise. People and businesses are coming and we need to stop letting them take advantage of us.

The number one thing we need in Fannin County is more money, period. We have allowed developers, Water utilities companies and everyone else take advantage of us and now we spend too much time and money fighting them.
Without a land development plan and economic development plan we will continue to be taken advantage of. NO MORE BAD DEALS, I WILL PUT FANIIN COUNTY FIRST!
We have some of the best resources in the country for business owners. I built my business on this fact and a bank is financing based solely on what the area has to offer and the demographics coming. I will raise the bar for doing business in Fannin County! No more being taken advantage of, Its our land, we gave up a lot for it and its payback time!
A Commisioners role is vast, fixing roads and managing budget is all obviously very important. Often overlooked and just as important, is a commissioners ability to create revenue and raise the quality of life, Smart people got us here, we need forward looking thinkers to take us to the next level, Let's get together and all get excited and behind the concept of making Fannin County Great! No excuses, No more dirty deals!

We cannot afford to wait another 4 years of political agendas and more of the same.
I will put Fannin County First!
We need more revenue, period. No other candidate has a Land Plan or an Economic Development plan or the experience to produce revenue, The number one thing we need is money. If we do nothing our land values will fall and we will not have a say In what we look like. Let's pick our neighbors.
More Revenue provides,

*. More, better paying long term jobs
*. Better schools and local parks

Good Morning, I have said it many times, I am not a politician. I do love a good potato salad and Nana's is up with there with the best of them.

This is an important vote. No other candidate has a revenue plan. We need more money, we need someone putting Fannin County First and that is my promise.

Good Evening, I come to you from the Oval Office, sorry it just felt so official. I am not a politician, my message has been consistent…the thing Fannin County needs most is money, more revenue. My business alone will go up in taxes over 6X, in perhaps as little as one year. This times 20(new businesses) is a million dollars in revenue. I went through both the commissioners for the lake and the county, multiple times. I understand how the system works. I have created millions of dollars of revenue within a given geographical territory, including here in Fannin County for the last 25 years.

Three topics asked at the pct 19 event…

Water Sources -

Should we be concerned? Of course we should. We should first understand what the NTMWD will provide. They state right on their website that this is an option. We need to look at a lot of the negotiations that had Fannin County last, not to change but to make sure we gather all that was left on the table. More importantly put land and economic development plans in place to prevent things that are currently bogging us down. All new negotiations will have Fannin County First and made from the perspective of the entire county. I would hope everyone would get behind the idea of leveraging our resources to determine what it looks like going forward.

Emergency Services -

This is the most important thing to me personally as much as anything. If given the opportunity to serve in this position, I will not accept the fact that my salary is considerably more than the deputy on the street risking his/her life. This has to change, revenue solves this and includes Constable, Fire and Ambulance Services.

What problems does one see from the lake?

I see it pulling from our resources. I recently met the two newest deputies for Bois D Arc Lake. It’s my understanding these are resources the NTMWD provided. These guys will also serve in the 911 loop if not on lake calls. These are the relationships we should have and fuel with our neighbors. This lake is a gold mine, came at the expense of many, its time to pay back, I will make sure Fannin County Comes First!
