Perry County Port Authority

Perry County Port Authority The Perry County Port Authority is a public entity which owns and operates the Hoosier Southern Railroad & the Tell City Riverport.

The Port Authority was established in 1992 to bring jobs to Perry & Spencer Counties in Southern Indiana. The Hoosier Southern Railroad was purchased by the PCPA from Norfolk Southern in the early 90's. The Tell City River Port, also operated by the PCPA, is home to the Tell City Boat Works and MRO LLC.

River Road may look finished, but it is not open. Construction is still underway, and the road remains closed to all vehicles and pedestrians. For everyone’s safety and to avoid delaying the project, please stay off the roadway until the official reopening is announced.
