We also want to give huge shout out to Gina Marie McCombs Stiles! Our staff will quite literally, help you in anyway possible. A little back story to this picture....a gentleman came in one day this week for a drug screen and upon trying to find a parking spot, he drove up the ally next to our facility not knowing it was a dead end. When trying to turn around at the end, he unfortunately got stuck in the mud. Gina, Alexis, and a kind neighbor helped push him out so he wouldn't have to call a tow truck. Unfortunately for Gina, she was caked in mud at that time. BUT, even covered in mud, she was still happy to help this young man. She is the definition of love and kindness.

Worry no more! GenTox in Tell City will be open Wednesday January 28, 2026 for normal hours! We will be open for drug testing, blood work, Cordant testing, and Fingerprinting.

GenTox in Tell City will be closed again Tuesday January 27, 2026 due to snow!

We are going to give the roads an extra day of clearing before we attempt to make it out.

Good Afternoon to all of our amazing customers!

We haven't posted in a long time and we are hoping to change that. With that being said, we wanted to inform you all about next week's plans following the winter storm.

As of today 1/24/2026, GenTox in Tell City will be closed on Monday 1/26/2026 AND Tuesday 1/27/2026, to all Cordant clients and IdentoGo Fingerprinting. We are not 100% sure if we will be open for drug testing/bloodwork at this time.

Our staff here at the Tell City location live in very rural areas and we strive to keep our employees safe. We will keep you updated on whether we will be open or closed those days.

We hope all of our customers- past, present, and future- are staying safe and warm during this time. We appreciate you all and the business you provide. ❤️

Welcome to our page for GenTox in Tell City! Gina and Alexis are happy to continue services for Perry County, and surrounding areas! We are grateful to have you all here with us again!

GenTox not only offers a wonderful and warm environment, but we also offer:

GenTox is always looking for new clients. We offer our own consortium with our very own MRO (Medical Review Officer).
