(March 12, 2026) – Telluride, CO – The Town of Telluride and the San Miguel Regional Housing Authority (SMRHA) announced today that applications are now available for a deed-restricted homeownership lottery for three affordable housing units: Silver Jack 202 and Silver Jack 205 at 155 W Pacific Avenue and Element 52 SW-102 at 398 S Davis Street.

Silver Jack 202 is a Tier 1 three-bedroom, two-bath condominium priced at $405,507 pending SMRHA inspection, approximately 1,330 square feet, and built in 2019. Silver Jack 205 is a Tier 1 two-bedroom, one-bath condominium priced at $368,620, approximately 935 square feet, and built in 2019. Element 52 SW-102 is a Tier 2 two-bedroom, one-bath condominium priced at $352,529, approximately 479 square feet. All prices are subject to change based on SMRHA inspection and Town-implemented improvements and renovations as needed.

Housing qualifications include minimum employment standards, earned income, and residency requirements, as well as property ownership limitations and net-asset caps outlined in the Telluride Affordable Housing Guidelines.

Lottery application materials are now available at smrha.org/lottery and can also be picked up outside the SMRHA office at 820 Black Bear Road, Unit G17.

Completed applications will be accepted by SMRHA by appointment only beginning at noon on Friday, March 20, 2026, through noon on Friday, April 10, 2026. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.

A lottery information session will be held on Wednesday, March 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Ah Haa School for the Arts Launch Pad at 155 W Pacific Ave.

The lottery drawing for qualified households will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Rebekah Hall, 113 W Colorado Avenue.
