Senior sunset 2026. Thank you to La Cocina for sponsoring and catering dinner this evening for our 700 graduates. We are grateful for our wonderful business partners, including Jersey Mike’s, Dr. Rucker, Pizza Factory, Melo Ice Cream Chik Fil A, Oili and the many others that are so generous in helping Great Oak High School be one of the top high schools in the United States.

Congratulations to our Class of 2026. Tomorrow we will be honoring our 700+ graduates. Today we had the opportunity to celebrate our graduates with the Walk of Gratitude. The students begin by being honored at the elementary schools and then the middle schools. The morning ends with our drumline and colorguard escorting them down the middle of campus. Today we also honored our retirees. Thanks to: John Balland, Robin Schenk, Chris Meglio, Mandy Capen, Big Mike Young, and Mendi Giapappas

Here is a little glimpse of prom two weeks ago. As we were leaving the venue the security team shared with us that we were one of the most well behaved schools that they had ever had. Thanks to our 1200 students that attended this incredible evening.
