☀️ **Summer Slowdown Check-In** ☀️

Heyyyy EVERYONE!!!

I hope everyone's summer is going smoothly!!!

I want to take a moment to say how much we appreciate every member of our crew. Whether you’ve worked several calls with us recently or are patiently waiting for the season to pick back up, please know that your hard work, flexibility, professionalism, and dedication never go unnoticed. We couldn’t do what we do without the incredible stagehands who show up ready to work and help bring every event together.

We’re looking forward to the upcoming season, busier schedules, familiar faces, new opportunities, and plenty of stages to build! We’re hopeful that things will begin picking back up soon, and we can’t wait to get everyone back out there doing what we do best.

In the meantime, Arizona is HOT! Please take care of yourselves, stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and be prepared whenever you’re working outside. Drink water before your shift, not just once you’re already in the heat, and remember to look out for one another on the jobsite.

Thank you again to our entire crew for your patience, loyalty, and continued hard work. Enjoy the slower days while they last—we’ll be back to the busy season before we know it! 💪🎤🎶🎪

As we start heading into the slower season, we just want to say how much we appreciate every single person who continues showing up and putting in the work. 💪

This week had crews out at the Princess grinding in the Arizona sun, pushing through long days and getting it done the IMT way. ☀️🚛

We’ve still got a few things rolling into the weekend with work out at the Biltmore and Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, and we’re hopeful more calls keep coming in as summer moves forward.

Slow season can always be unpredictable in this industry, but we’re thankful for the crew that continues to stay ready, stay flexible, and handle whatever gets thrown at them.

Appreciate you guys more than you know. Stay hydrated, stay safe, and hopefully let’s keep these phones ringing. 🤘

Happy Monday from the IMT crew 💪

This weekend’s JLL gig with Maker had EVERYTHING — trucks for days, scenic stacked everywhere, drape changes, walls heavier than everybody remembered them being, and at least 47 moments of “WAIT WAIT WAIT… pivot it the other way.” 😂

The crew spent the weekend pushing cases, moving scenic, carrying walls, rolling cable, sweating through black shirts, surviving off caffeine and bad decisions, and somehow still making the ballroom come together looking CLEAN. From empty room to full-blown show floor with a killer stage, massive LED walls, lighting, scenic, and stage setup… the transformation was wild.

The final result looked absolutely beautiful — meanwhile backstage looked like organized chaos and somebody definitely asked, “where's the damn gaff tape?” at least 15 times. 🤝

Big shoutout to the entire crew for showing up and getting it DONE. Long hours, heavy pushes, sore backs, random missing tools, and all. Y’all crushed it this weekend and made the magic happen. Proud of this rough-around-the-edges family every time. 🖤🚛🎭

FRIDAY CHECK-IN. 🎛️🚛📦

Somehow y’all survived another week of loading docks, mystery cables, disappearing tape rolls, cases with bad wheels, and “quick in-and-out” calls that absolutely were not quick. 😂

But seriously — I appreciate the hell out of this crew. Every pushed case, every semi unload, every deck piece, every sweaty dock grind… y’all keep showing up and making it happen.

The weekend’s not slowing down either — big one coming up at Kierland, and I’m excited to see the crew back together doing what we do best: organized chaos with just enough caffeine and sarcasm to keep it moving. 😎

Thank you to all my guys that continue to bust ass, help each other out, and keep the vibe solid even on the long days. It never goes unnoticed.

Rest up, hydrate, stretch your backs, and I’ll see y’all at the dock this weekend. Let’s go make some magic. 🔥

Mid-week check in from the land of loading docks, steel toes, and “where does THIS case go?” 😂👏

Last week was BUSY with LINDER, LITTLER, and ASTRA keeping everybody moving nonstop — but the crew showed up and handled business like always. From slinging deck, building LED walls, playing professional Tetris with cases, surviving dock chaos, and loading/unloading trucks until our backs started negotiating with us… y’all powered through and got it DONE. 💪

This industry definitely isn’t glamorous all the time. It’s early mornings, late nights, sweaty shirts, missing gloves, forklift beeping in the distance, and hearing “we’re almost done” at least 7 different times. 😅

But seriously — thank you to every single hand that came out and put in the work last week. Shows don’t happen without the people behind the scenes making the magic happen. We appreciate all of you more than you know.

Now everybody drink some water, stretch your backs, and let’s make it through the rest of the week. 🚛🎭🔥

The big spring shows are starting to slow down a little… but if you know this industry, you know that just means we catch our breath before the next wave hits. 🤘

From loading trucks at sunrise to pushing decks across ballrooms at midnight… building LED walls, setting miles of cable, stacking cases, flipping rooms, surviving 14+ hour calls off gas station snacks and pure stubbornness — this crew always shows up.

To everybody who’s been grinding with IMT lately — we appreciate you more than you know. Big shows, small shows, overnight flips, corporate chaos… y’all keep it moving.

Slow season’s around the corner, but we’re still booking calls and keeping the wheels turning. If you’re dependable, ready to work, and know how to hustle on show site, hit us up.

Happy Monday, IMT crew 💪

Another week, another round of shows, long days, early calls, late nights, and everything in between. This is your reminder that what you do matters — none of these events happen without the hands behind the scenes making it all come together.

From loading in at sunrise to striking at midnight… from building stages and hanging lights to running cable and making last-minute miracles happen — you guys are the reason it all works. It’s not always easy, it’s not always pretty, but it’s always worth it.

New week = new opportunities to get on calls, stack some hours, learn something new, and show up better than the last one. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting your feet under you, there’s always a place to grow in this industry.

We just wrapped a major event for the NFL — and if you were part of this crew, you already know… that was no light lift. Long days, early calls, problem-solving on the fly, and still showing up ready to get it DONE.

Happy Friday, Misfits 😈💪

Another week down and y’all already know… we don’t coast into the weekend, we kick the damn door in.

We’ve got crews out at Hyatt Gainey Ranch and the Kimpton this weekend—so if you’re on those builds, stretch it out, drink some water, and try not to bully the forklift too much 🏗️😂

End of the week energy = tired, sore, slightly unhinged… Running on caffeine, chaos, and pure stubbornness… but still kicking ass.

Let’s finish strong, stack some hours, crack some jokes, and handle business like we always do.

Season’s not over yet… so let’s run it up and leave no doubt.
