Another Sedona throwback🌿

We’re going to be handling “real life” business during the next few weeks so it might be a minute before we’ll get out again.

BUT we have some big stuff still to come this year, to include a second Rim to Rim hike at the Grand Canyon and finally making our way to Zion.

So stay tuned 👀

Waterfall Wednesday vibes💦

We saw a couple waterfalls along the canyon while paddling through the lake, it was definitely fun to see.

All the rain is fueling some pretty incredible views💚

Check this camp view🤙🏻

Our blog about The Point Campground is now live🎉

This was an awesome switch from most campgrounds we’ve been to, what makes it special is you can only access it by a watercraft.

Friday morning we loaded our SUP boards and paddled the 3 miles to this campground, there’s a boat dock for those coming by boat but we accessed it off the side of the lake.

Some quick info:
🎟 No fee to camp here, Tonto Pass needed for lake access ($8 daily good for 24 hours, $80 for Annual Discovery pass)
⛺️ 3 total first come, first serve campsites
🚽 Vault toilets available
🗑 No trash service, pack out everything you bring in

Check out our blog for more info, link in bio😀

Sunday has us feelin’ some type of way🤙🏻

This weekend was an adventure, we finally camped at The Point campground (boat access only) at Canyon Lake and had the whole area to ourselves.

We definitely got a taste of Friday the 13th’s storm, but despite the craziness of the weather we all slept like babies👏🏻

Later this week we’ll be updating our blog “What We Use On The Water” to include some new gear that we definitely love. We’ll also be adding a separate post giving some insight on the campground⛺️

We don’t like to pick favorites, but some hikes stand out ahead of the rest.

Hiking through the Grand Canyon was such an incredible experience, seeing the different views inside the canyon was amazing. People travel from all over the world to view the canyon, but not many will see what it holds deep inside and I think that’s what made this trip so special❤️

Snowy view in Flagstaff ❄️

We can’t wait for the weather to start cooling down so local hiking/backpacking adventures can be a thing again🙏🏻

*Side note: there will be no Featured Friday this week, it will continue the next 2 weeks. Also, just a reminder this is the last month we’ll be offering free stickers to those selected.

Purchasing SUP boards was one of our best ideas, instead of hiding in the A/C or hitting up a pool in the summer we’re able to adventure instead!

We have a blog post on what we use on the water, link in bio if you’re interested.

We just bought bigger dry bags (they’re basically water backpacks) for camping trips, can’t wait to try them out this weekend🤙🏻

Happy Sunday🔆

Our Zion trip has been officially rescheduled! We were super bummed when the weather didn’t work in our favor but definitely didn’t mind the backup adventure😉

The trip won’t be for a while but having the details confirmed is a great feeling, especially when campsites book up fast😅
