🌟 Leadership in Action: East Valley Rotaract Takes on ISLE! 🌟

What happens when student leaders come together for a weekend of inspiration, growth, and a little unexpected adventure? Leadership takes flight! 🚀

The East Valley Rotaract Club @ Rio Salado College was proudly represented by our Club President and President-Elect at the ISLE Leadership Retreat in Prescott, Arizona!

Alongside fellow Rio Salado students, they connected with student leaders from across Arizona, developed new leadership skills, and learned that even challenging weather can't stop a determined team! 🌧️💪

A special highlight was hearing from MCCCD Chancellor Dr. Steven Bloomberg, Governing Board Member Tom Nerini, and Rio Salado student, East Valley Rotaract member and Student Board Member Kelly Sukkha.

💡 Great leaders never stop learning, growing, or finding ways to make a difference!

👏 We're excited to see our Rotaract leaders bring their new ideas, inspiration, and energy back to our club and community!

💙💛 Want to grow your leadership skills while making a difference? Send us a message to learn about upcoming Rotaract leadership and service opportunities!

What does it take to move from good to great—as a student, professional, and leader?
The East Valley Rotaract Club @ Rio Salado College invites the entire Rio community to a special installment of our Leadership Series featuring Brian Garcia Larson of BGL Go Be Great!
Leadership isn’t limited to a job title or management position. It shows up in the choices we make, the way we respond to challenges, how we support others, and our willingness to keep growing. Brian will bring an engaging and motivating perspective to the conversation, encouraging participants to think differently about their potential and the impact they can make at school, at work, and in their communities.
Whether you’re a student beginning your leadership journey, an employee looking for fresh inspiration, or someone simply ready to take the next step toward a personal or professional goal, this event is for you.
Come ready to learn, connect, laugh, and be challenged as we explore what it means to stop settling for “good enough” and start discovering what GREAT can look like.
Everyone in the Rio Salado College community is invited!
