We have a new billing system and just got everything set up . I haven’t ignored anyone been busy trying to get everything figured out and bills out. I have not Emailed the bills to the ones that usually get them emailed I’m waiting on a call from the office of the new system to see if I can email them. If you need to know what your bill is we only have one phone right now and it’s the 580-342-6776 . We are trying I promise it’s been crazy with everything that has happened so if you can have a little bit of PATIENCE it would be greatly appreciated!!!! The address of our new office is 201 S Commercial across from Smith’s Body shop . The drop box is outside and we have the walk up window to pay your bill.

If you have your water bill set up on bank draft for this month if you could pay with a check it would be appreciated. Still having issues with ACH payments trying to get it all figured out . Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We do have a drop box available!!!!

We are going to try and be open to take water payments Thursday. We do have a drop box if you pay your bill with a check you can drop it in there I put a picture below of the drop box . You will NOT be able to pay your electric or gas when we get back open it will only be water bills . I will let everyone know on Wednesday if we will be open on Thursday thank you for your patience!!!! The office is across from Smith’s Body shop .

For those that are needing to pay gas and electric bills need to call your companies and pay them. Summit Utilities-1-866-275-5265 or pay online , PSO - 1-833-776-7697 or pay online. When we get the office back open we will not have the access for you to pay them at the office at this time. We will only be taking water bills. We will let everyone know when the office will be back open as soon as we get everything ready sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for being patient and understanding.

If you put your payment in the drop box it’s fine and safe so don’t worry about your payment I will get to it as soon as we get stuff figured out Thank you 😊

The TUA office will be closed for the next few days while we’re getting office cleaned up and things moved. There will be NO LATE fee’s just everyone be patient with us please!!!! We will let everyone know when we’re back open and where the office will be set up .

We won’t know what’s all lost and what’s not till tomorrow I won’t do bank drafts or late fees so everyone can just be patient we don’t know anymore than you all do . Give us a few days to get everything figured out and i promise we will get everyone taken care of.

Residents in the South Boundary area may experience low water pressure to none due to a water leak . They are working to get it fixed quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!!!!
