If residents were needing air medical transport, the membership in Falls and Milam County covers its residents when flown in their county and the adjacent counties. The residents in Bartlett, Holland and McGregor are covered in the county the city is located in.
“The last thing you should be concerned with during an emergency is air transportation costs. PHI Cares will work with your insurance provider and accept the insurance payment as “payment-in-full” for any medically-necessary transport. No out-of-pocket expenses for members.”
