Please note that Blacktop Services will be conducting road milling operations on 5th Avenue, spanning from Railway Street to 2nd Street. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes if possible. The patience and cooperation of 5th Avenue residents are greatly appreciated throughout this project.

Please take a moment to read these notices and follow the instructions provided. The work will be done section by section, and these hangers will be distributed 1 to 2 days prior to the start of work in your area.
