🚨 School is just around the corner…..And its time for our Back to School Shoe Drive 🚨

⚠️⚠️This year will be a little different because we were blessed with several boxes of new shoes!⚠️⚠️
👟 They are Jordan high tops

🔥 We will be at the Terlton Fire Auxiliary Building this Saturday from 12-3pm to hand out shoes. 🔥

‼️‼️⚠️IF we DO NOT have your child’s size then we will talk about adding them to a list. ⚠️‼️‼️

💦 ✅Donations will be accepted at the Terlton Water Dept starting 7/8/25 - 8/1/25 from 8am - 4pm
-any shoe donations must be new in a box ✅💦

⚠️📣Be advised today we will have crews out still working. Please pull over and try to keep traffic to a minimum. We know this has been so devastating we just need to be able to clean up as much as possible while the weather is cooperating. 📣⚠️

❤️‍🩹We have stuff set up at the auxiliary building in across from the old grocery store if you are in need! We will be taking donations for those who needs them until further notice. ❤️‍🩹

🚒Our assistant chief preparing our trucks for tomorrow🚒

✅I’ve had a couple people ask me how to prepare. Think of spring cleaning outside.

📣⚠️Remove any unnecessary brush from around your house, tall weeds, put gas cans up, have a water hose readily available.

📣⚠️Call in any smoke or fires you see. Dispose of ci******es properly, avoid welding, burning of any kind, check trailer chains, and please be careful above ALL things👏❤️

Donations to help stock rehab stations would be most beneficial at this time.
- water
- Gatorade
- liquid IV
- easy snacks (granola bars, jerky sticks, peanut butter or cheese crackers, protein bar, etc)
- eye drops
- chapstick
Please reach out to your local department for drop of information

‼️If you do not absolutely have to get out do not. We have driven the roads from terlton to 412 (backroads tht is) and it was still slick in a 4x4. ‼️

👟After a very GENEROUS DONATION we have reached a total of 83 kids who will go back to school with a new pair of shoes! 👟

🇺🇸‼️Hey y’all hey! It’s that time of year again! The Terlton Community Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary Fourth of July! ‼️🇺🇸

⚠️🥵We are starting stuff later this year to try and avoid as much of the great Oklahoma heat as possible 🥵⚠️

🏅We will start the games at 3pm!🏅

Our games this year:
- 🐢 Turtle Race 🐢
- Lawnmower Race
- 3-Legged Race
🏅 Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners 🏅

🇺🇸🦅Mr., Mrs., and Jr. Merica Contest🦅🇺🇸

☀️🎟️ Summer Raffle information to come🎟️☀️

‼️🍔🌮🍧Food Truck in for for this year! We are keeping it simple and have Missy Jo’s Chuckwagon, Twisted Lime Concession, and Barnyard Blizzard Shaved Ice!🍧🌮🍔‼️

⚠️‼️⚠️these are the only good trucks we will have this year. We will not allow anyone else to just pull up and sell on the fire department property. If you do we will kindly ask you to move.⚠️‼️⚠️

‼️With the weather coming in this evening we wanted the Terlton community to know where they can go if they don’t have a shelter in place. ‼️

⚠️⚠️The Terlton Gym will be open for shelter this evening ⚠️⚠️

🚒🚨West ramp entrance, there will be no working restrooms, when parking please do not block the entrance🚨🚒

⚠️‼️🚒Also to inform everyone this is NOT a tornado shelter. This is just a below ground storage area, so it would be at your own risk. The city of terlton would not be liable for any injuries occurred during the storm.🚒‼️⚠️
