Our furry friends make our properties feel even more like home!

Many Terre Haute Housing Authority properties allow pets, but it’s important to understand your community’s pet policy before bringing a new companion home.

Residents are allowed one pet per household with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. Current veterinary records, a recent photo, and proof that your pet has been spayed or neutered are required. A refundable pet deposit of $150–$200 is also required, depending on the property.

If you have questions about your property’s pet policy, our team is happy to help.
Whether you’re celebrating International Cat Day or National Dog Day, we’re wishing all of our residents and their four-legged family members a happy celebration! 🐾
