10 Years!!🎉🎊
Over the past decade, our Holiday Giveback has provided hope, joy, and critical resources to more than 1,000 families across Terrell, Kaufman County, and surrounding areas. With toys, food, community engagement, and scholarship opportunities, this event has become a beacon of support for families facing financial hardships during the holiday season. The smiles on children’s faces and the relief felt by parents year after year remind us of the deep impact this event continues to have.
As we celebrate ten years of service, our goal is to support at least 100 families this season—and we cannot achieve this without committed community partners. We are respectfully requesting monetary donations as well as toy donations for boys and girls of all ages to help make this year’s Giveback our most impactful yet.
This year’s event also carries special meaning as we honor our Founding Members, Byron Mims and Antoine Simmons, whose leadership and compassion helped establish this initiative. We will also recognize Judy George, Damaria Jackson, and the many families in our community who have suffered tragic losses. Their strength continues to inspire our mission and remind us why this work matters.
With the continued support of local leaders, volunteers, churches, organizations, and partners, this event has grown tremendously. We are grateful to collaborate each year with TISD, Two Women on a Mission, Jersey Dru’s, the City of Terrell, BMT Community Center, More With Us, Serenity Corner, and many others whose consistent contributions make this event possible.
