Join us on Saturday, October 12th for EMPTY THE SHELTERS!!! It would be great if you STOP BY and get your application pre-approved, however are cannot hold any of the pets prior to the event. Our adoption hours for the event are 12 to 5 PM.

Fall is here once again and so is Empty the Shelters!

On October 12, you will have the opportunity to adopt a new best friend for $25 and BISSELL Pet Foundation will sponsor the remaining cost at 125+ participating organizations in 26 states! This is our largest event to date, so PLEASE SHARE and help us place thousands of pets in their forever homes!

During , adopters are still required to complete a standard adoption application as if it were a normal day. The process does not change and all organizations will take the necessary time with potential adopters to ensure it is the perfect fit for both the pet and your family. If you are thinking of adding a pet to your family during this event, we highly encourage getting pre-approved to adopt. Do your research and understand the requirements!

*A microchip registration and license fee will apply.

Thank you Sarah for joining us!! The tally as of today was 86 adoptions! And we still have a few adopters who are finalizing paperwork. The best news of all was Diamond went home!
