📣 We’re hiring!

CASA for Children and the Texarkana Children’s Advocacy Center is looking for a Development Specialist to join our team! 💙

This position is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant applications to foundations, corporations, and other funding sources to support our mission and programs. The Development Specialist will also assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing fundraising events and donor engagement activities.

This role helps ensure children and families continue to receive our services free of charge. ✨

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, or event planning preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
