We often get questions about old property and tax records, so we wanted to let you know that many of Miller County’s historical tax books are available online as searchable documents! These records contain valuable historical information, including taxpayer/owner name, property address, section, township & range, assessed value, property tax amount, and other property and tax information.

PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX BOOKS

• 2017–2025

MINERAL TAX BOOKS
• 2006–2025 (except 2016)

PHASE 2 IS UNDERWAY! We are currently working on the next phase of our historical records project, which will include Real Estate Tax Books dating from 1878–1953! Our goal is to have these records available online within the next six months. We’re excited to make these records more accessible to the public and to preserve an important part of Miller County’s history for generations to come.

TAXES ARE DUE OCTOBER 15TH! Just a friendly reminder that October 15th is the deadline to pay your property taxes without penalty.

If you’re not able to pay your entire tax bill at once, partial payments are welcome! You can make payments throughout the year, as long as your taxes are paid by the October 15th deadline. Please note that partial payments cannot be made on delinquent taxes.

It was a pleasure to attend today’s luncheon and have the opportunity to visit with Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. As an elected official, I appreciate opportunities to meet with state leaders, discuss issues that impact our communities, and represent the people I serve.

I was glad to capture a few photos from the luncheon and look forward to continuing to work with leaders at every level for the benefit of our county.

I’m happy to share that House Bill 1103 has passed and is now on its way to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law.

This bill increases the homestead property tax credit from $600 to $675, offering a little more relief to homeowners across our communities. The change will take effect on January 1, 2027.

I’m grateful to see this step forward in helping Arkansas families and supporting homeowners.
