It's finally here!! Come check out our new disc golf course: Buckeye Trail. Available on the UDisc app. It is scenic and a lot of fun. Special thanks to Mike Brown of Custom Disc Golf Tee Signs.

It's that time again!

Registration is now open for the annual Red River Army Depot Wildland Fire Training Event!

In conjunction with Texas A&M Forest Service, this year’s training features five specialized courses designed to strengthen wildland fire readiness and operational skills.

Courses Offered:
• S-211 Portable Pumps and Water Use
• S-112 Wildland Fire Chainsaws
• S-130/S-190 Basic Wildland Firefighter
• TFS Engine Operator (ENOP)
• S-219 Firing Operations

📍 Locations:
• Portable Pumps and Water Use (Two‑Day Course): Texarkana Fire Department
• All Other Courses: Elliott Lake at Red River

🚧 Depot Gate Changes🚧
Starting Monday, February 2, 2026

West Gate reopens Monday for morning and evening traffic only.

Because of this change, Texas Gate will operate as outbound only Monday through Thursday from 1645 to 1715.

Quick Gate Hours Snapshot
• Main Gate: 24 hours
• South Gate: Mon–Fri, 0530 to 0700 and 1430 to 1730
• Texas Gate: Mon–Thu, 1645 to 1715 (outbound only)
• Commercial Truck Gate: Mon–Fri, 0530 to 1800
• West Gate: Mon–Thu, 0530 to 0730 and 1500 to 1730 (reopens Feb 2)

*All gates closed on federal holidays except Main Gate.
