What you eat may affect what you see❗️

Certain vitamins & minerals found in food can help in preventing two common causes of vision problems: cloudy areas in the lens of the eye & age-related macular degeneration (AMD) - a condition that causes vision loss in the macular, the part of the eye that controls central vision.

Nutrients & foods to look for:
▪️ Lutein, zeaxanthin = broccoli, eggs, oranges, spinach
▪️ Omega-3 fatty acids = flaxseed, salmon, tuna, walnuts
▪️ Vitamin A = carrots, mangos, sweet potatoes
