HAVEN survivors and their children need your support! HAVEN's food pantry is running on empty. While we still receive fresh produce from the Oregon Food Bank, shelf stable items are no longer as plentiful as they once were. If you can would you please consider donating items such as:

~Crackers
~Breads
~Granola Bars
~Top Ramen
~Cup of Noodle Soups
~Canned Soups with Easy Open Lids
~Peanut Butter
~Jelly or Jam
~Potted Meat
~Vienna Sausages
~Snack Items
~Shelf Stable Milk
~Cereal (boxes and individual cups)
~Frozen Microwavable Meals and Vegetables
~Tuna or Chicken (canned or Pouches)
~If you are bringing pasta/rice or other meal staples, please consider brining jarred sauces, gravy packets, etc.
~In lieu of shopping you can also bring donations of cash or gift cards to the HAVEN office (if you would like this money to be used strictly for food purchases, please just let us know. We will ensure that your dollars are spent accordingly!)
~As always, Hygiene and toiletries, such as toothbrushes/toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, soap/bodywash, lotions, Tampons/Pads (all sizes), lip balms, and diapers/pullups in all sizes are always needed items.

Haven offers advocacy services to survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Human Trafficking. Advocates can support survivors navigating the barriers caused by violence. Advocates can support survivors with accessing services at ODHS (such SNAP and the TADVS grant (temporary assistance to Domestic Violence survivors), navigating Child Welfare/CPS, legal supports with restraining orders, and/or filing of parenting plans or divorce paperwork, etc. In addition, they can support with housing issues, accessing physical and/or mental healthcare services, and personal advocacy with landlords, creditors, and community partners, etc. HAVEN also has an onsite food pantry that is stocked weekly, a personal hygiene pantry, as well as blankets (when available). The task force will be hosting an awareness walk on January 11th from 12 to 12:30, sign creation starts at 11 am. Location is HAVEN.

Please come learn more about human trafficking, connect with task force members and get involved in the anti-trafficking efforts in the area.

We are happy you are here! It takes one person to bring awareness to a topics, however a community of people together makes social change. We need you and we can do this together!
