Good Morning! We have had to do the old switch a roo on our menu today and will be having tomorrows meal today. Which is chicken Fried rice with a side of veggies and coleslaw whipped jello for dessert. Come join us at noon for lunch and remember Meals on Wheels bingo starts tonight at 5:30!

Good morning! It's Wendsay! halfway to Friday! we are almost there! Today we have chicken fried steak, with mashed potatoes and gravy, Green Bean Casserole and a roll. We will also have pea salad and home made fruit crisp.

Good Morning, it is Taco Tuesday here and we are having taco casserole with corn and cornbread for lunch today along with a side salad and Coconut pudding for Dessert. We start serving lunch at noon. Come join us down at the Senior Center.

Good Monday morning! Another weekend has come and gone and most of us are back to work. Why not make that Monday a little less Mondayish and come on down to Meals on Wheels for lunch and let us cook for you. Today is Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy a fresh hot biscuit and carrots. We will also have cookies for dessert and a side salad.

Good Friday Morning! Today is the first day of spring! I don't know about you but I am ready for some warm weather 🦋. Today we are having lemon peppered fish over a bed of rice with green beans and a biscuit on the side. We will also have Assorted Desserts and Salads. As Always if you are 65 or older it is a suggested donation of $4.00 and under 65 $6.00.

Good Morning! Today is national Let's laugh day. And what goes better with laughter then a good meal. Today we are serving Chicken Yakisoba with a side of veggies and a garlic roll. We will also be having a side salad and chocolate cake for dessert. So come join us at noon and get to know some of our local seniors and share some laughter with them. Good food, good friends and a good laugh is the recipe for happiness.

Good Afternoon, If you are looking for a way to give back to your community or have some free time on your hands or even just want to spend some quality time with your children or significant other that can also be rewarding to the soul, why not give us a call and inquire into volunteering as a Meals on Wheels Driver. While we do have a handful of committed drivers, we are coming up short. We have almost 200 senior citizens who count us Monday thru Friday to deliver Meals. We do not answer Facebook Messenger but we are here Monday Thru Friday 7am until 2pm and you can always leave a message and we will get back to you. (541) 298-8333.

Good Morning! Did you know today is national come in from the cold day? Seems very fitting. I would celebrate today by coming down and having a nice hot lunch with us at Meals on Wheels. We are located in the Senior center in The Dalles. We are having Roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, peas with bacon and a fresh hot biscuit. And make sure you leave room for dessert! Warm Coconut pineapple cobbler. Yum
