This affords them the ability to overcome barriers to a healthy mentality, to seek acceptance from themselves and from others, to re-enter society and procure employment so....after a lifetime of surviving, they can finally LIVE.

This is a child rapist and we need to find him! Make this post go viral. Someone in our community will recognize him! Investigators say he stands at a height of between 5-feet 8-inches and 5-feet 11-inches tall with a medium build, dark-colored hair and thick eyebrows.

Coaches, prison guards, police officers, and Baylor students were among the 71 men arrested in the prostitution and human trafficking sting.
The vulnerable victims, some as young as 14, were exploited by a "cynical organisation", a court heard.
The victims were at first flattered by the attention of the men who apparently befriended them, but were then lured to parties, known as "sessions", by the promise of alcohol and drugs.
The prosecution said they became the "vulnerable victims of an organised, cynical, systematic organisation in which they were passed between their abusers."
Some spoke of being "too intoxicated" to defend themselves, while others became addicted and had to commit sexual acts in return for drugs.
The girls were aged 14 and 15.
They were given money before being returned home.
This is not a local story...but I am desperately trying to teach every parent and every teen in our community how the traffickers take advantage of our young daughters. How they abuse them and how our young girls are too afraid or shamed to speak up.

A pastor, a state trooper and a convicted sex offender were among 1,000 people arrested in a monthlong period trying to sell or buy sex across the country. The arrests were part of the National Johns Suppression Initiative, a series of stings aimed at reducing sex trafficking in the United States.

It has been a heavy month for The Phoenix. We have worked with rape victims, we have worked with small children under the age of 5 that are far too young for the things their eyes have seen. We have met a mother that is struggling with the loss of her daughter, lost to the world of trafficking. We have worked with a young mother, that has escaped the world of abuse and is fighting to rebuild herself enough to care for her children in the manner they need. We have watched social media act as the medium for trickery and abuse. We are working with a young lady that has reached out to us for assistance from several states away.....
None of it has brought overwhelming sadness to us that one young woman's case has. Such despair, such lack of hope, such fractured spirit. To be abused by family, to be forced to keep quiet by family, to be physically, mentally and spiritually destroyed. Such pain....I am asking for your prayers for this young woman, she sorely needs them.

Ten little ones will never be the same. When it comes to sexual exploitation of any kind, most parents assume their children will tell them. They DON'T. They feel shame and responsibility and guilt. They have done nothing wrong, but they do not have the tools to deal with such abuse. Regular family council and one and one with our young ones can open a door of safety and the ability to speak of such things when needed. May every child feel like they have someone to turn to......
This topic is difficult to speak of with little ones.....but its so important that you do!

Fairfax County Police Department Detective Bill Woolf has been trying to get people to understand that this is NOT prostitution. That these children and young teens are not consenting to the acts. They are being forced to do this against their will, sometimes by the threat of force.
