Did you know that you have an amazing team of folks trying to protect and provide climbing access in Ten Sleep and the greater Bighorns?
Jenna Balinski joined the board last year, and needless to say, she’s a badass. Jenna Balinski is a nomadic rock climber who has spent the last five summers in Ten Sleep, and works at Ten Sleep Brewing Co and the Rock Ranch. She has been climbing for more than 13 years and has spent the majority of that time living out of vehicles crag side. In the winter months she can usually be found wandering around Mexico, because her fingers really don’t like the cold. Some of her other passions include dancing, dogs, reading, practicing Spanish and attempting to fix things. Jenna has a different answer to the question “What’s your favorite rock climb in Wyoming?”, every time it’s asked. At the writing of this bio the first that came to mind was “Fortress of Solitude” in Ten Sleep Canyon. Jenna has found a deep connection with the climbers in Ten Sleep, and because of that, represents a key member of the team. She is currently serving as the BCC Ten Sleep Coordinator! Keep on crushing, Jenna!

After the successful launch of GOES-T yesterday, the fourth satellite in NOAA's GOES-R Series, GOES-U, recently had a new instrument installed.

Called a Compact Coronagraph, it will be NOAA's first-ever solar coronagraph and will help monitor space weather.
GOES-U is scheduled to launch in 2024.

Warmer weather has our crews out addressing various road hazards.

In Laramie, on Grand Ave and 30th, after weeks of patching, our crews are conducting a more extensive repair to a problem area. Look out for our guys and obey traffic signaling.
