As the school year comes to a close I just want to thank everyone for all their hard work this year. We had a very good year and I hope this continues to move forward with all the things that are going on in the club. We had a good time together on Friday night enjoying each others company and the food that was provided by the club. If you missed this get together we missed you. This will be my final post as I am graduating on Saturday. I especially want to thank Cheryl Komasara and Carolyn Davis for their continued support through out this semester. Without dedicated advisors we would not have much of a club. To whomever becomes the next President of the Club I wish you the best of luck with all that is in the planning stages for next fall. I have enjoyed being your club President this year and wish all of you much success with your chosen career.

Please everyone remember our meeting tomorrow. We are in the final stages of preperation for International Night. We still have a lot to get done before Thursday evening. We will be meeting in the Finch building conference room on the first floor. It is located just past the drink machines. I think it is room 125.

Meals of Hope was a huge success. We were able to pack 33000 meals in a 2 hour period. Thanks to all who helped make this a success.

We had a good productive meeting last Friday. We got our officers elected. Officers include:
Michael Fuller--------President
Melissa Haas---------Vice President
Karen Solis-----------Secretary
Sharlene Torralba---Treasurer

At this meeting it was also decided to merge the Rotaract and International Clubs to make one club to be Rotaract International.

One of the projects that we will be working on is the Meals of Hope where we package Macaroni and Cheese for the hungry on February 22 at Out of the Garden warehouse in Greensboro.

We will also have a table set up in the Brooks Building for the Student Activities Fair which is this Thursday from 9:30 to 1:30
outside the Storm Cellar. This is the same thing as Club Rush in the fall.

Our next meeting will be on February 7,2014 in Sinclair rm 123 form 12:30 until 2:00 PM

Classes start Jan. 13th. I look forward to seeing everyone and working on so great projects together. We have some exciting thing to do this semester so I hope everyone can come to our meetings.
