We had an amazing day of hands-on learning with the 5th graders at Forest City Middle School as we made ice cream in a bag! 🍦🍨

Students explored the science behind freezing and mixing ingredients while creating their own delicious treat. It was a fun, interactive, and tasty way to learn together!

Our Passport to Flavor adventure wrapped up with our final stop in the United States! 🇺🇸

Youth explored American flavors by making delicious smash burgers while learning more about foods and culture found here at home. From shaping patties to adding their favorite toppings, everyone had a great time creating and enjoying their meals together!

Thank you to all the youth and families who joined us throughout our Passport to Flavor journey this year. We loved traveling the world through food with you! 🌎✈️

Interested in learning more about sheep showmanship and animal handling? Join us for this hands-on workshop designed for youth in grades 4-12!

Youth will learn:
✔️ Leading & bracing techniques
✔️ Proper sheep handling
✔️ Show ring presentation skills
✔️ What judges look for
✔️ Daily care & showmanship tips

Participants are encouraged to bring their own sheep for hands-on practice, but no animal is required to attend. Come learn the basics and build your confidence in the show ring!

Our Passport to Flavor adventure continued with its fifth stop! 🇲🇽

This time, our youth traveled to Mexico through food and culture as they learned about the country while making Street Tacos and Churros. They had a great time mixing, shaping, and tasting their creations while exploring new flavors from around the world.

We’re excited to see where our journey takes us next!

Join us for Exploring Art – Session 1 & Session 2 at Lake Mills Community School! Youth in Grades K–3 will create 3–4 hands-on art projects while exploring different artistic techniques and materials. 🌈✨
