“America’s night out against crime”
The first Tuesday in August is National Night Out, an event to heighten the awareness of crime, drug and violence prevention efforts, and to encourage community participation. When: Tuesday, August 4th, 2015
From 6:00PM to 8:30PM
Where: Caln Park
Municipal Drive, Thorndale
Featured Festivities Include:
-5K Charity Run and Fun Walk @ 7:00PM, Youth Run @ 6:45PM

-Guest Speakers & Presenters
-Police, K9 & Fire Department Demonstrations
-Community Safety Information
-Prescription Drug Drop-off Station
-Live Band
-Food and Refreshments
-Games, Gifts and Entertainment for Children

This year will mark the 32nd anniversary of National Night Out. Caln Township hosted its first event in 2014, and because of the tremendous success, was awarded “Rookie of the Year” honors by the National Association of Town Watch.
