Soliciting/Peddlers Permits have been issued to employees of MOXIE PEST CONTROL until the end of Solicitation hours on Sunday, August 23, 2026. This Peddlers Permit identity card shall be displayed upon request of any police officer or resident of the premises being visited by any individual performing the function of a peddler or solicitor.

Caln Township cannot legally restrict solicitation on private property unless the resident of that property: (1) posts a “No Solicitation” sign on the property: (2) completes a “No Solicitation Registry Request Form” and files it with the Caln Township Police Department or (3) otherwise advises a person engaged in the act of solicitation to leave the property and solicitor refuses to leave the premises.

Each approved solicitor has been given a copy of our "No Solicitation Registry" and has been informed not to contact any address on the list. If a resident has a notice at the home stating "no solicitors" or similar, they have been instructed not to visit the residence.

If you would like to have your property added to the “No Solicitation Registry” that is maintained by the Caln Township Police Department and provided by the Police Department to each individual or organization that secures a solicitation permit from the Caln Township Police Department, please complete the online form available at www.calntownship.org, click on Departments, Police, No Solicitation Registry.

Caln Township Police Department would like to be notified if any solicitors are not following these instructions. Contact us at:
610-383-7000, or 911 if it is an emergency.
