🖤 MEET MAMA CAT 🖤

Isnt she absolutely beautiful 😻
Yes, she is!!

However, she has had two litters that we have had to rescue. One right before a major winter storm last year and the three recently posted.

AND, signs point to a recent litter being born 😿

She is one example of why supporting TNR is SO important in aiding and saving others from suffering. She has babies and leaves them to fend for themselves when pregnant again.

BUT, no more litters born in the midst of the harsh realities of homelessness for her 😺🙌

Thanks to a dedicated volunteer she is on a feeding schedule that allows for us to FINALLY monitor and trap her now. Which will end the cycle of babies being born outside and running into countless problems they suffer terribly in😿💔

We are entering into colder and wet weather🙀We are moving quickly to set up and secure our community cats. Winter is the harshest time of year for these innocent souls and it’s our responsibility to ensure they don’t suffer.
Shelters like this ensure they have a safe, warm, dry and secure spot to be out of rain, snow, cold and freezing temperatures 🥶

Things have been on hold in certain aspects of our normal rescue functions while our 501c3 gets reinstated. HOWEVER, what we do is so part of who we are we haven’t stopped for a moment. These individuals are facing the harsh realities of homelessness and neglect. Any time off would mean certain death for them. SO, we have had to move differently this year BUT we continue to move for those who depend on us.

Both of these souls are walking the same path in life despite coming from two different places.
Both seeking human help to be saved from the harsh realities of homelessness. They are beautiful, sweet and dreaming to have their prayers answered. We will ensure they are both fixed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and flea treated prior to coming into their new homes.
