Last year the City of Thornton, Colorado Government introduced AMI – Advanced Metering Infrastructure – to show daily water use patterns and help customers manage usage and detect leaks more quickly. One year in and we are so excited to say – it’s working!

With the combination of AMI leak alerts and ongoing water efficiency programs, our team estimates over 400 million gallons of water have been saved in the past year that could’ve been lost to leaks!
