🍽️WINE, FOOD & BREW FESTIVAL – CASA PACIFICA – SUNDAY, JUNE 7
Casa Pacifica invites volunteers to support their annual Wine, Food & Brew Festival, their signature fundraising event benefiting the youth and families they serve. Volunteer opportunities include assisting exhibitors, supporting event operations, and helping with setup and breakdown. Group volunteer shifts are also available. Casa Pacifica combines compassionate care with evidence-based treatment to help children, young adults, and families facing complex mental health challenges.

👟SENIOR CONCERNS LOVE RUN – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED JUNE 3-7
Senior Concerns is seeking more than 200 volunteers for their 32nd Annual Love Run benefiting the Meals On Wheels/Home Delivered Meals program, which has served the community since 1975. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the week in a variety of roles supporting this important community event.

Older Americans Month was celebrated today as the Ventura County Board of Supervisors issued their annual proclamation. Andrea Gallagher from Senior Concerns and Julie Spivack from the Conejo Senior Volunteer Program were the featured speakers.

El Mes de los Estadounidenses de Edad Avanzada se celebró hoy cuando la Junta de Supervisores del Condado de Ventura emitió su proclamación anual. Andrea Gallagher de Senior Concerns y Julie Spivack del Programa de Voluntarios Mayores de Conejo fueron las oradoras principales.

Happy National Volunteer Appreciation Month!

Meet Lucy, one of our amazing CSVP volunteers! Lucy has been part of our program for 12 years and brings so much heart to everything she does. She is a volunteer of our Busy Bees and Crafters groups and also serves as the group leader for our Nifty Ladies. Lucy is a truly valued part of our volunteer family, and we are so grateful for her dedication and leadership.

Our volunteer craft groups create beautiful handmade items through sewing, knitting, and crocheting using donated materials. These items support children, service members, older adults, patients, and CSVP programs throughout our community.

🎵ALL DISTRICT MUSIC FESTIVAL – April 14-16, April 28- May 1, May 18-20
The Conejo Schools Foundation, in partnership with CVUSD and the Conejo Recreation & Park District, is proud to present the All District Music Festival - bringing together over 3,600 students for a shared performance at the Fred Kavli Theatre. This special event celebrates students’ commitment to music and inspires continued participation across elementary, middle, and high school programs. Volunteers are essential to making these magical nights possible. All volunteers must have Level 1 Clearance through CVUSD.

🌳ARBOR EARTH DAY CELEBRATION - SATURDAY, APRIL 18
Volunteer to help at the City of Thousand Oaks’ annual Arbor Earth Day Celebration!
Available shifts include:
8:00am - 12noon: event setup, unloading vehicles, setting up tables, chairs, and canopies.
11:00am - 3:00pm: help with arts and crafts, activities, games, and more!

👟WALK MS CONEJO VALLEY - SATURDAY, APRIL 11
Each year, thousands of people across the country join the Walk MS volunteer team with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. From planning event details, and calling past participants, to providing safety and support for participants at the event, volunteers make Walk MS happen and are the foundation of why Walk MS is the largest walking fundraising event in the country.
