We have some exciting news! Our library has a few major projects in the works.

We are ripping of the shingles and getting new ones. Just in time as someone nicely set one of our shingles near our flower box. Guess the strong winds started the process for us.

The other exciting project is that we are getting a new ADA sliding door. No more heavy doors closing on you if you’re not fast enough or doors that quite working.

We will keep you updated on dates for our projects. There might come a point where we have to close the library for a week while they are doing construction. Safety first! 👷🏻‍♀️👷🏼

We’ve raised $328 for the Senior Center! We are almost halfway to $700!!!

Clare and Austin added stickers to our poster. Great job reading!

As a community we can raise $700 total for the Three Forks Senior Center. Together we need to fill out 372 more rows on our Reading Challenge Logs. We can do it!!

Thank you Manhattan Bank, Opportunity Bank and First Security Bank for pledging $700 to a local non-profit.

Magic Between The Pages – An Adventure In Reading
Thursday, July 18th at 10am at the Library

Kyle Groves, a veteran performer will take the audience on adventure in reading exploring topics such as The History of The Traveling Medicine Show. Where in the World Can We Go? A look at Geography. You will even get to learn how to do a magic trick, maybe! And of course, no adventure would be complete without stepping right into a fairy tale. Guests will learn to use their imaginations as they explore all the adventures that lie withing the walls of the library and some important lessons along the way. The importance of reading daily, visiting your library often and of course taking care of the treasures we know as books!

Through the use of a ton of audience participation, lively music, clean comedy, and state-of-the-art magic you are sure to have a magical adventure this summer.

Groves will have a small magic shop available after the program with items available for purchase to start your own adventure in the world of magic.

The hours of the sale will be-

Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 10am to 4pm
Tuesday 10am-7pm.

The Friends of the Library will have their Book Sale in October.
