Throckmorton Volunteer Fire Department Tvfd was established in May of 1925 and has been proudly serving Throckmorton and surrounding counties ever since!

Thanks to all who helped us out Friday while we battled this big fire! Our department is blessed to have a great community backing us! Your prayers were felt on the front lines! Our department is greatful. If anyone would like to help, in future events. We could use visene, drinks, ibuprofen, headlamps and any monetary donations can be sent to PO. IMPORTANT PSA!

TVFD,TCEMS, TCSO, and TXDPS will be conducting a “MOCK” active shooter drill at the school tomorrow 7/28 at 9:00 AM.

ALL KIDDOS are SAFE!

Just know we are preparing for the worst case scenario and are there to help all we can to help keep our kids and everyone safe! Hopefully will never need it in a real emergency but training helps get everyone ready just in case.

The 69th annual Easter egg hunt is coming this Sunday! As always the whistle will blow at 1:30 and hunt begins at 2:00. Big thanks to Corky Redden for continuing to let us use his field.
