Utility work will be taking place on Tuesday 9/1 in the first block of Water St. The southbound lane between Main St. and Lates Alley will be closed. Take precautions to avoid this area if possible and watch for workers on site.

📌 Sunday, September 27, Celebrate Thurmont's 275th Anniversary at the Town Picnic from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Thurmont Community Park.

🌭 Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and community pride. Enjoy delicious food available for purchase from the Thurmont Lions Club.

😃 Arts and crafts for kids from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, live music, and plenty of opportunities to share memories and nostalgic stories with one another as we celebrate 275 years of Thurmont's rich history and bright future.

🎸 Listen to the smooth sounds of Reckless Mo and the Back Street Drivers as they play a combination of old songs and modern songs too!

🍧 Snowball Waterfalls food truck will be there from 1p-4p.
