🌿✨ Big news for Adirondack adventurers! ✨🌿

The incredible troll exhibit is coming to The Wild Center starting June 1st—and you won’t want to miss it! These larger-than-life sculptures, created from natural materials, are popping up in wild spaces and bringing a whole new kind of magic (and mischief) to the forest. It’s the perfect mix of art, nature, and a little bit of wonder for all ages.

Planning a visit? Don’t forget—your library can help you save! 📚
The Black Watch Memorial Library offers a discount pass to The Wild Center, making this unforgettable experience even more accessible for our community.

Stop by the library to reserve your pass, then head out to explore the trolls, the trails, and everything the Wild Center has to offer.

Adventure is calling… and it’s got big footsteps this summer.

BIG NEWS FROM THE FOREST!
They’ve wandered the world, and now they’re headed to the Adirondacks. TROLLS: Save the Humans, a larger-than-life temporary outdoor exhibit by acclaimed artist Thomas Dambo, opens at The Wild Center in June 2026—just in time for our 20th anniversary celebration!

Crafted from reclaimed wood and full of wild wisdom, these towering trolls are on a mission to help humans rediscover their connection to nature. As you explore the forest trails, you’ll encounter these gentle giants—each with a story, a message, and a whole lot of personality.

Wander the trails, meet the Trolls face-to-face, and uncover their playful messages about caring for the Earth. It’s a celebration of nature, imagination, and the wild spirit that’s guided us for two decades. wildcenter.org/trolls

We’re so grateful for the support of NRDC and Adirondack Roots for sponsoring this event and helping to make the library a warm, welcoming stop during the celebration. Events like this remind us just how special our community is—thank you for spending part of your evening with us!
