Just returned from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in Las Vegas, where I had the privilege of representing the City of Tiffin alongside Mayor Tim Kasparek - Tiffin, Iowa and City Administrator Doug Boldt.

We had productive conversations with a wide range of food, hotel, and service-oriented businesses — all with the goal of bringing more options and amenities to our growing community. Tiffin’s rapid growth and strategic location make it an attractive place for investment, and it was clear that the interest is real.

Whether it’s new dining spots, lodging options, or everyday services, we’re working to attract the kinds of businesses that will meet the needs of our residents and support a vibrant, thriving local economy.

Big things are happening in Tiffin — and we’re building for what’s next.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Johnson County Sheriff's Office squad cars are now proudly displaying the Tiffin Patrol logo on their sides! This represents a new era of community collaboration and safety, deepening the connection between our officers and the residents they protect. Next time you see a squad car rolling through town with the Tiffin Patrol emblem, give a wave 👋—because together, we make our community stronger!
