Seneca County Early Intervention Help nurture your child's health and development for success in life. Help Me Grow is a free, voluntary program for children who meet the eligibility criteria.

Seneca County Help Me Grow is a program for expectant parents, newborns, infants & toddlers. It offers two different programs for children birth to three which are Home Visiting and Early Intervention. It provides health, parenting skills and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn.
