Big shout out from Matt Wilson Elementary to Chef Lorenzo Simmons and Tift County's School Nutrition team and to Mrs. Joanna Hand and Tift County's curriculum department team! Chef Simmons and his team worked tirelessly to pack bags for our families to enjoy. Tift County's curriculum department sent home some great resources along with the nutrition bags today. Thanks Chef Simmons, Ms. Cooper and Mrs. Nobles!

Tift County Schools is serving free meals today through our Summer Feeding Program!

All children 18 and younger, as well as individuals under 21 with special needs, are eligible to receive meals at no cost.

Summer time is here! Don’t forget that your child brought home valuable learning resources to use over the summer.
K–5 students brought home their HMH Know It, Show It books, My Books, and Writer's Notebooks. K–8 students also brought home their HMH Into Math student practice books and homework books. These resources are a great way to keep students reading, practicing, and growing all summer long.

Just a little practice each day can make a big difference!
