We're on a storytime break until September 8, but the fun continues at Tigard Public Library! Your littles will love the play mercado in the Puett Room. The toy foods and cash register are perfect for imaginative play.

We’re so grateful for our a Dogs & Tales volunteers like Hailey who help Tigard kids develop a lifetime love of reading. It's Back to School season, friends! If the thought of all that learning makes you dizzy with anticipation, you should check out our Juvenile Library of Things collection!

Our Jigsaw Puzzle Swap happens tomorrow, and these are the puzzles that have already been dropped off! Drop off your puzzles at Tigard Public Library until 6 PM tonight (8/22) and get a voucher for each puzzle. Bring your vouchers in on Sunday, August 23 at 12 PM and choose new puzzles from the community exchange. From 1 to 1:30 PM, remaining puzzles will be available for all, no vouchers needed.

Storytime goes on break next week! Taking this pause allows our team to wrap up Summer Reading and prepare for our busy Fall and back to school season. We will return to our regular Storytime schedule after Labor Day on Tuesday, September 8!

During the Storytime break there will be imaginative play set up in the Puett Room, and the StoryWalk will be available on the Fanno Creek Trail. Find even more for the whole family to do at tigard-or.gov/library
