PDXconnects, LLC works with the Brokerage System and the County Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) in the State of Oregon to assist adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities to become more independent and reach personal goals. At PDXconnects we strive to support individuals experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities by facilitating access to resources, encouraging them to get involved in their community, teaching skills, building self-esteem, and empowering them to reach their personal goals and explore the world around them to enhance their lives; through providing:
• One-on-one supports
• Small group social enrichment activities
• Large group social enrichment activities
• Respite care
• Employment supports
