Had a great time at ribbon cutting for the new and improved skate park at Los Vecinos Community Center. It was a beautiful afternoon to celebrate this wonderful community facility!

The Mayor, Councilor Wilson, and Deputy Clerk Kennedy attended the ribbon cutting at the renovated Los Vecinos Skate Park yesterday afternoon. Thank you for the invitation Commissioner Charlene Pyskoty!

I am grateful to join this group of amazing volunteers at our Veterans Memorial this morning to work on maintaining this park. Honoring those we lost on this day 20 years ago. 🇺🇸

Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining Mayor Nieto from Mountainair and Mayor Hart from Moriarty at Rep. Melanie Stansbury’s listening tour. We discussed the critical needs of our communities, specifically the need for wastewater services in Tijeras. I look forward to working with the representative and my fellow mayors on the issues that most impact our communities!
