Each month our Timbo Tigers will focus on a special Tiger Trait that helps them grow not only as students but as people who interact with others. This month, we’re focusing on KINDNESS: learning that kindness is a choice and that even the smallest acts can make a BIG difference. Students will explore what kindness looks, sounds, and feels like, practice choosing kind responses, and look for opportunities to make someone’s day a little brighter.

🌳Let’s fill our Kindness Tree with acts of kindness and watch our Tiger family BLOOM! 🌸 We encourage you to talk to your children about kindness, make an effort to point out when they’re being kind to others, and encourage them to be kind to others when it’s not always easy or convenient.

Save the Children is offering scholarships to 35 individuals interested in obtaining their CDA. This scholarship will include a variety of valuable benefits designed to support the applicant's educational journey including a barrier reduction cash card, access to free classroom materials, CDA vouchers, and more. STC is also offering free state approved continuing education credits to early childhood professionals in 16 counties across Arkansas. The course provides educators with a wealth of resources on a variety of topics including advancing your education/childcare business, connecting with key resources, providing information to the families you serve, obtaining information on scholarship and/or business grant opportunities, and more.
