To build and maintain a strong town, it takes businesses to work together.

Running a business is hard work, and every day there are a hundred things competing for your attention. But here’s something worth remembering: if people don’t know what you offer, they can’t come support you.

The days of one social media post reaching everyone on social media are long gone. Today, growth takes teamwork. A share, tag, comment, like, or event invite can help put a business in front of a whole new audience and give social media algorithms a reason to show it even more.

When we promote and work with each other, we strengthen our town, bring in more customers, and help create the kind of community people want to visit and return to. Every business plays a role in supporting local jobs, services, our school and the town we all share.

Support local. Support the town. Support each other. Because when one business succeeds, we all succeed.

Some of you may be seeing the carnival moving in town a week before our Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce Frontier Days. Our festival is still and will be scheduled for June 25, 26, 27 and 28. The carnival had to leave the coast because of weather issues so they will be stationed here ready for our festival. Don't forget to purchase your carnival tickets ahead of time to save $5 per ticket. These are available at places around town including American Outdoor Power and Tie and Timber Lodge & Event Center

Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor this celebration with a ribbon cutting, May 26, 2026 at 11AM located at 8041 Highway 87 North, Timpson Texas 75975. Everyone is invited for the ribbon cutting and asks that everyone stay and enjoy the lunch Elite Modular will be providing.
