As summer winds down, our participants are holding onto the season with a little creativity! Sherry led a fun activity where participants made their own colorful paper popsicles—and they were pretty sweet, if we do say so ourselves! 🍧🎨

We love seeing the creativity, smiles and sense of accomplishment that come from activities like these. Here’s to making the most of the last days of summer! 💛

🥒 From our garden to your table! 🌱

Last week, our gardeners were sharing fresh basil grown right here at St. Coletta’s. This week, the garden is giving us cucumbers! 🥒💚

Our gardeners have been hard at work planting, tending and harvesting — and now they’re enjoying the fruits (and veggies!) of their labor. There’s something pretty special about growing food right here on campus and sharing the harvest with our St. Coletta’s community.

Fresh, homegrown and grown with pride at St. Coletta’s! 🌱🥒
