The Tinton Falls Police Department had a great week hosting our Panther Police Pals Program!

Throughout the week, our young participants learned important safety skills and built positive relationships with our officers while having fun along the way.

🚨 Update for tonight’s National Night Out event 🚨

Due to field conditions, the event itself will be held on soccer field #5 next to the Atchison School Pavilion.

The Atchison School parking lot will be closed to accommodate emergency vehicles and others on hand participating in the event.

The parking lot for the Sycamore Ave. Sports Complex (977 Sycamore Avenue) will be used for parking for residents/visitors attending the National Night Out event.

The Tinton Falls Police Department is excited to host National Night Out 2026!

Join us on Tuesday, August 4th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Sycamore Avenue Sports Complex for a night of family fun, community connection, and a chance to spend time with the officers who serve our community!

🏃🏃 On Saturday July 25th Ptl Austin Lilley participated in the Lake Placid New York, Last Man Standing Trail Race.

Each hour runners must complete a 4.167 mile course loop. Any remaining time at the end of each loop runners can use to rest and fuel up before the start of their next loop.

Ptl. Lilley ran for an impressive 16 hours and completed 67 course miles. Ptl Lilley finished a strong 22nd out of 236 racers.

Congratulations to Ptl. Lilley on this challenging accomplishment. 🏃🏃

🚔 PANTHER POLICE PALS 🚔

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

The Tinton Falls Police Department is excited to host Panther Police Pals, a FREE one-week summer program designed for children ages 6–7 (must have completed Kindergarten).

📅 August 10th-14th
🕘 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Swimming River School
👧👦 Limited to 20 children

This fun, interactive program is led by members of the Tinton Falls Police Department and helps children build confidence while learning important safety skills. Every participant will receive a FREE Panther Police Pals T-shirt and ID Badge.

Children will learn about:

* 🚨 How to Dial 9-1-1
* 🚸 Stranger Danger
* 🏫 School Safety Drills
* 🛝 Playground Safety
* 🚲 Bicycle Safety
* 🚶 Pedestrian Safety
* 🚌 School Bus Safety
* 🔥 Fire Safety
* 💧 Water Safety

Enrollment Requirements:

✅ Must be a Tinton Falls resident or enrolled in the Tinton Falls School District
✅ Must have completed Kindergarten
✅ Registration packet must be completed before the mandatory parent/child orientation (emailed after registration)

Registration is LIVE through the Tinton Falls Community Pass Program.

Spots are limited and enrollment will close once all 20 spaces are filled.

Mandatory Parent/Child Orientation

A mandatory orientation will be held one week before the program at the Tinton Falls Borough Building (Courtroom). The date and time will be emailed to registered families.
