I am pleased to announce that maintenance and cleaning of our primary water storage tank are currently underway, with a full exterior repaint to follow.

This essential infrastructure project ensures continued delivery of safe, reliable drinking water to our residents and businesses.

I want to thank the dedicated members of the Tioga Borough Municipal Authority and our Operator and team for their commitment to our borough.

This evening, I met with the officers of our Fire Department. This meeting was to discuss their ongoing efforts and future plans. Also, make changes if necessary.

Since our last meeting, I have received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the department’s commitment to our community, their responses to incidents, and the quality of their training programs. All of this in just one week!

The officers came prepared with a comprehensive report detailing the significant progress made since our previous discussion. Even more inspiring was the list of future goals to further enhance their service to our community.

I am confident that we can rest assured knowing our fire department is prepared to protect us in times of need. On behalf of our entire community, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to keeping us safe.

I am honored to reflect on last night’s meeting with the TIOGA, PA Borough Office and Tioga Volunteer Fire Department. It was one of the proudest moments of my five years in office. Together, the borough and our fire department forged a vital partnership that has been long overdue, strengthening our commitment to the safety and well-being of our community.

This collaboration ensures that Tioga is protected by the unwavering dedication of our remarkable first responders. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved for their efforts in making this partnership a reality.

To our residents and neighboring communities, know that Tioga is fully committed to leading with integrity and supporting our community with pride.

Following my address, the fire department held a productive meeting, resulting in significant decisions/changes that reflect their unity and commitment to restructuring for an even stronger future.

To the Tioga Fire Department: thank you for your courage, for putting your lives on the line, and for being the heartbeat of our community. We are endlessly grateful for your service and dedication.
