National Weather Center out of Norman has down graded the Tonado warn for Jackson County and South Western Tillman County to a severe thunderstorms warning at this time. It appears the storm is weakening up continue to stay tuned to the local news for weather updates.

Looks like the greatest impact for storms will be this evening between the hours of 6 pm and midnight.

The National Weather Service out of Norman is advising all residents of our area to prepare to implement their emergency preparedness plan ASAP. The impact to our area is expected to hit after midnight tonight and last all day tomorrow. Strong and damaging winds with a heightened probability for large, hail, torrential rain, flash flooding, and tornadoes.
