Price James Library Book Signing
Join us for a book signing and author talk on Saturday, January 10th from 9:30-2:00. Local author B. L. Thoma will speak around 1:00 about her book and her experience with publishing.

Set against the backdrop of Savannah, Georgia and the small town of Morgan's Landing, Missouri in 1904, Hear My Whisper, book one in the Morgan's Landing series, invites you to follow Julia Lansing as she navigates the mores of a different city, state, social class, and the newfound interests of a young man (or two or three). Can she make the choice that's best for her own happiness? Can her family succeed in the pursuit of their dreams? Or will it all come crashing down?

B. L. Thoma is an award-winning author, capturing readers with her original, fun, historical romances as well as short stories and non-fiction. With a background in homeschooling and youth theater, she’s written plays and a children’s book as well. She lives in central Missouri, just a hop, skip and a jump from where she was born and raised, enjoying life with her family and her chatty cat. It’s been said that success is attained when a person is unable to tell whether they are working or playing. That’s what happens when she writes!
